Mitchell B. Goldstein Founder, President and Chief Technology Officer
	Mitchell Goldstein is founder, president and chief technology officer of SyncSurvey, a provider of web-enabled data collection, market research and survey software for hand-held devices such as PDAs. Mitchell is a serial entrepreneur whose business and extensive technical expertise led him to found, launch and grow three successful software businesses (Software Ventures, TAGSOFT and CLA Computer Consulting) over the course of his 16-year career. Since 1999 Mitchell has served as founder and president of Software Ventures, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. Software Ventures is a five-year old software development and consulting company which develops and supports several industry specific sales and productivity enhancement tools. Founded in January 2002, SyncSurvey is a division of Software Ventures, LLC. In 1995 Mitchell co-founded TAGSOFT, Inc. a Jacksonville, Florida-based software development firm. As executive vice president and chief technology officer Mitchell created TAGSOFT's flagship product MICRPro®, a family of Windows-based Magnetic Ink Character Recognition ("MICR") check printing software applications used mainly by financial institutions such as community banks and credit unions. TAGSOFT’s products and customer base were purchased by ACOM Solutions in December of 1999. Mitch was hired to oversee integration of the acquisition until 2001 by which time sales of MICRPro® had exceeded $3 million. From 1990 till 1995 Mitchell worked as software developer, senior software support specialist, and senior software sales engineer for Openware Technologies Inc, based in Jacksonville, Florida. At Openware he gained extensive experience within development, installation, support, training and sales within domestic and international markets including Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Mexico, and South America. He also played a key role in growing Openware from 10 to over 100 employees and over $5 million in sales. Between 1991 and 1993 Mitchell was co-founder of his first venture, CLA Computer Consulting Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida. CLA successfully developed and marketed DOS-based court reporter job scheduling and transcript condensing software. Mitchell earned a B.A. & S. in Computer Science, Minor Concentration in Mathematics, in 1989 from Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida.
Alan Goldstein Vice President Sales and Marketing
	Alan Goldstein serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at SyncSurvey, in charge of direct sales, strategic alliances, and channel development. For the past 18 years Alan has established a track record of progressive experience in managing and developing businesses, with a career that delivers results based on his intimate knowledge of marketing promotions, strategic alliances and channel development. He has worked within a variety of business roles, at start-ups up to acquisition, and within executive management positions at notable business development organizations. He has also been a successful entrepreneur in his own right. From 1998 to 2001, Alan was general manager of The Resource Forum, a private business club for local technology start-ups, entrepreneurs and small businesses. In this role he was accountable for all operations and revenue generation, growing revenue by 60% over a 4-year period. He played an instrumental role in the creation of e-conomy Ventures, a business accelerator consisting of a consortium of service providers, which transforms business plan ideas into deals. Additionally, he served as director of business development at e-conomy Ventures, which was set up in partnership with The Resource Forum, and whose member companies include leading Atlanta-based professional services firms representing venture capital, law, information technology, and accounting firms.
Michael Hill Director of Product Development and Customer Support
	At SyncSurvey Michael Hill is responsible for all day-to-day customer support issues, concerns and suggestions. Michael also creates and implements new products and features in order to meet the needs of SyncSurvey’s diverse and growing customer base. Prior to SyncSurvey Michael worked as a Senior Systems Consultant for Scruggs Consulting, Duluth, GA. In this role Michael participated in a project to develop a backend transaction processing application to extract data to be passed to a mainframe and other corporate systems. He also communicated with clients via teleconferences and on site meetings to make requested changes to PL/SQL code, troubleshoot errors detected during testing and make suggestions for new features to the backend transaction application. Michael also played a major role in testing code on client systems and moving code into production. Prior to Scruggs Consulting Michael enhanced his programming and customer service skills at the Atlanta Casualty Companies, Norcross, GA where he worked in the position of Supervisor of Information Systems. Michael began his career as a Customer Service Center Computer Operator with Unisys Corporation of America, in Atlanta GA. His main responsibilities included working on UNISYS B1900 and CP9500 systems creating back-up tapes for the online database, as well as executing programs and special projects for System Analysts, Branch Managers, and CSC Managers. He also trained new operators to diagnose customer problems and assisted the Group Leader in other activities. Michael graduated from The University of Georgia in 1986 with a BS in Computer Science.
